Cost Composition by Channel
Top 10 Profit Makers (Ex VAT)
Top 10 Loss Makers (Ex VAT)
Revenue, profit, orders and margin per channel for each day, newest first, with a Total per day —
the same shape as the sheet you keep by hand. Each day is a real P&L for that date, not a share
of the period, so margin is the day's own. Ignores the channel and date filters at the top so the whole
picture stays visible.

Per-order profit breakdown. TikTok / eBay / Shopify charges are prorated from each SKU's verified economics; Amazon uses the Payments/Transaction report (real per-order fees) when loaded — otherwise Amazon (Business Report only) has no order-level rows. Respects the channel + date filter.
| Order Info | Product | Units | Order Total | Charges & Expenses | Profit | Margin | Details |

TikTok: order lines with a refund amount. eBay: refund transactions. Amazon: Refund rows from the Payments/Transaction report when loaded (else use the Est. Refund slider in Settings).

📦 Weekly Stock Tracking — forecast reordering by product name
Track stock movement by product and forecast reordering — the same product names as the SKU Mapping table in SKU Management, so the two line up. Import your two sheets: daily sales ("how much sold") and current inventory ("how much left"). The last 7 days are shown; older days are kept but hidden (toggle to reveal). Weekly TOTAL = sum of the 7 days · AVG/Day = ÷7 · Days Left = stock ÷ AVG/Day. Data is saved per account. Daily units and stock on hand are read-only — both come from the imported sheets, so re-import to change them; Actions and China Alarm are editable. Uploaded the wrong file for a date? Use Delete a day (or the × on a date column) to take just that date back out.
🧩 SKU Mapping — active vs inactive channel SKUs per product
Your SKU dashboard is built in - it loads automatically per account (InstaMart across Vemart/eBay/TikTok, Vefive on its own). Drop an updated SKU dashboard workbook anywhere to replace it. It maps each product to its channel SKUs and flags which are active (routed) vs inactive (un-routed). Add an ASIN or Item ID column beside an account’s SKU columns (e.g. VEMART ASIN, EBAY Item ID) and those ids get named from here too — without it the sheet holds SKUs but nothing tying them to an id.
| Product | Type | Channel | ✅ Active SKUs (routed) | ⛔ Inactive SKUs (un-routed) |

Profit & Loss Statement
Ex-VAT view per channel for the loaded period. OpEx comes from the OpEx page.
One row per offer. An ASIN sold both FBA and FBM appears twice, tagged, because the two cost different
amounts. Costs are dated: when a supplier or courier price changes, add a new version from the day it
takes effect and every past report keeps the cost that applied at the time. Type as many figures as you like,
then press the row's green ✓ (or Enter) to save that product - nothing is written until you do,
so a row can be filled in without it moving under you. Esc undoes a row you have not saved. This is the only place costs come from - use Import to load them in bulk.

Add a product
For something not in your reports yet — a new listing, or a product you buy but have not sold on this account. It becomes a dated cost like any other, so it is already correct the day its first sale lands.
Try figures here to see what they do to Profit, ROI and Margin. This page is for your own view: nothing typed here changes Cost Manager or the dashboard — real costs are set in Cost Manager. Each box starts at the real figure; one you change is kept and shown highlighted, and clearing a highlighted box puts the real figure back. Selling £ comes from your sales files when loaded, or type your own.

Add product
Every metric summarised per day, on the same engine as the rest of the app — each row is a real
P&L for that single day, not a share of the period. Respects the channel filter at the top, and
ignores the global date filter so you can always see the full span. vs Prev compares revenue with the
previous day shown.
Each product with every day it moved, then its own total for the window. The dates
above narrow this table only — it can never look wider than the range at the top of the page, since that
is what was computed; totals, badges and the summary strip all follow whatever window is selected.
| Date | Orders | Units | Revenue | Ad Spend | ACoS | TACoS | Profit | Margin | vs Prev | Status |
|---|
Each product judged against its own baseline: the latest day in the window versus its average
across the earlier days it actually sold on. Beyond ±15% is Growing or Declining, inside it is Flat.
New = nothing earlier in the window but selling on the latest day; Dropped off = nothing on the
latest day, whether it sold earlier in the window or only outside it. The window here is independent of the
range at the top of the page.

BSR Changes tracks Amazon Best Seller Rank over time, which only exists in live Amazon data - it can't be derived from report files. If you want this, we can add an Amazon SP-API connection in a future version.
Pricing Health compares your live prices against competitors - that needs live marketplace data (API/scraping), not report files. The closest offline tool here is Product Economics, which shows your break-even price per SKU.
Reviews & Feedback need live marketplace API access - they aren't included in any of the report files this dashboard reads. We can add this when connecting the marketplace APIs.

Fixed monthly overheads (subscriptions, warehouse, staff, software...). Deducted in the PLS and in the Dashboard's "Net after OpEx" KPI.
A full month is charged whatever date range you view - these are monthly bills, not daily costs, so a shorter range does not reduce them.
"All channels" overhead is never split across channels. Viewing one channel on its own leaves it out and says so, so per-channel profit is always before shared overhead - only the all-channels view carries the whole cost.

Load your files
Drop everything at once, any order - file type is auto-detected from columns, filenames don't matter. Minimum: master cost sheet + one channel's sales file. You can also drop files anywhere in the app. The master cost sheet is remembered after the first load (re-drop it only when costs change), and every load is saved to history automatically.
Daily reports: drop as many files of the same type as you like - they add together. Duplicate order lines and identical files are detected and skipped, and re-dropping a file with the same name replaces its earlier data. One caution: Amazon Business Reports and eBay Listings Sales Reports are period totals with no dates inside - make sure those don't cover overlapping periods.

Product costs COST MANAGER
Costs no longer live here. They are kept in Cost Manager (left menu), where each cost is dated so past reports keep the price that applied at the time. Use Import there to load a cost spreadsheet in bulk.
Zero-rated (non-VAT) products BUILT-IN
Products sold at 0% VAT - sanitary items, barley straw. No output VAT is charged on their sales and their buying cost carries none to reclaim. A list is built in; drop a sheet with platform / SKU / ASIn-Id columns to replace it.
○Non-VAT product listbuilt-in
Amazon 1 (Vemart)
Vemart's Amazon reports — Business Report, Sponsored Products (ads), Transaction report, and the All Orders Report (the only one naming the seller SKU against the ASIN, so it is what puts SKUs on Cost Manager rows and splits FBA from FBM).
○Business Report (by ASIN)-
○Sponsored Products / ADV sheet-
○Transaction report (orders/refunds)-
○Transaction report - date range (refunds)-
○All Orders Report (splits FBA / FBM)-
Amazon 2 (Vefive)
Vefive's Amazon reports — same set, including the All Orders Report. Everything dropped here becomes Amazon 2 (kept separate from Vemart), so Vefive files must go in THIS box.
○Business Report (by ASIN)-
○Sponsored Products / ADV sheet-
○Transaction report (orders/refunds)-
○Transaction report - date range (refunds)-

TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop exports — All Orders, Affiliate orders, Ads, and the Income / settlement workbook (Finance → Income → Export). The settlement file carries the fee TikTok actually charged on every order it covers, so those lines stop being costed at a flat referral %.
○All Orders export-
○Affiliate orders-
○Ads (product / campaign)-
○Income / settlement (real fees)-
eBay
eBay reports — Listings Sales, Transaction report, Priority Campaigns Report, General Campaigns Report (drop both ad-campaign files — they're separate exports and both count).
○Listings Sales Report-
○Transaction report-
○Priority Campaigns Report-
○General Campaigns Report-
Shopify
Shopify Orders export (CSV, with line items).
○Orders export (CSV)-
Tip: files auto-detect by columns, so it's fine to drop them in the wrong box — the zones just keep things tidy. You can also drop files (or whole folders) anywhere in the app, or . Only the Amazon 2 (Vefive) box routes files to the Vefive account.
📋 Report checklist - what to download from each platform
Tick = loaded above. Required reports build the P&L; optional ones add ads metrics, refund detail and dates.
| Platform | Report | Where to download it | What it adds | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shared | Master cost data | Built-in | Nothing to download - manage costs, fees and selling prices in the Product ROIs menu. (Dropping a master Excel is optional and replaces the built-in data.) | COGS, referral/affiliate/shop-ads/regulatory fees per SKU → all profit maths |
| TikTok | All Orders export | Required | Seller Center → Orders → Export | Sales, refunds, dates (exact date filtering) |
| TikTok | Affiliate orders | Optional | Seller Center → Affiliate → Orders → Export | Affiliate + Shop Ads commissions |
| TikTok | Ads export | Optional | Ads Manager → Reports (Product or Campaign data) | Ad spend, ACOS / TACOS |
| Amazon | Business Report (by Child ASIN) | Required | Seller Central → Reports → Business Reports → Detail Page Sales & Traffic by Child Item → set date range → Download CSV | Sales & units per ASIN. No dates inside - export per month (or per day for daily views) |
| Amazon | All Orders Report | Needed for FBA | Seller Central → Reports → Fulfilment → All Orders → set date range → Download | The only export carrying sku, asin and fulfilment-channel together. Without it an ASIN sold as both FBA and FBM gets one combined figure and only one of the two costs can apply. |
| Amazon | Sponsored Products sheet | Optional | Advertising Console → Campaigns → export product-level sheet (columns: Products, Spend(GBP), Sales(GBP), ACOS) | Ad spend, ACOS / TACOS, ad waste |
| eBay | Listings Sales Report | Required | Seller Hub → Performance → Sales → listings table → Download report | Revenue + full fee breakdown per listing |
| eBay | Transaction report | Recommended | Seller Hub → Payments → Reports → Transaction report (CSV) | Order dates, refunds, daily trend, date filtering |
| eBay | Priority Campaigns Report | Recommended | Seller Hub → Marketing → Advertising dashboard → Priority campaigns → export (campaign-level report, dated from filename, e.g. "1 July PPC Report") | Authoritative ad spend for Priority campaigns - ad sales, ACOS, clicks & impressions |
| eBay | General Campaigns Report | Recommended | Seller Hub → Marketing → Advertising dashboard → General campaigns → export (per-listing report, dated from filename, e.g. "1 July General Report") | Authoritative ad spend for General campaigns - a SEPARATE file/export from Priority, both are needed for total eBay ad spend |
| Shopify | Orders export | Required | Admin → Orders → Export → "Export orders" as plain CSV (line items included) | Sales, refunds, dates per SKU. Fees use master %% or the Settings fallback |
Pick a date to see which reports actually contain data for it. This reads inside each file rather
than when it was uploaded, so a file dropped today that holds last week's data is judged on the week it
covers. Worth a look before trusting a day's profit.
Saves two files: your data (costs, set prices, ROI figures, master sheet, SKU map,
stock history, OpEx, tasks, saved history) and a copy of the app itself, which opens and runs on its own.
Between them you hold the whole thing. — those are marketplace exports you can download again, and they
make the data file very large (100MB+). Restoring puts everything back without deleting anything newer.
Every loaded file with its detected type and date coverage. Remove any single file to take exactly its data out - nothing else is affected.

Tasks
Simple local to-do list (saved in this browser).
How this tool works & known limitations
- Everything runs locally in your browser - no data is uploaded anywhere.
- Amazon: the Business Report is aggregated per ASIN - no per-day data, no refunds, no FBA fee detail. Referral %% comes from the master sheet (fallback slider in Settings); use the Est. Refund slider to approximate returns. A Settlement/Date-Range report can make Amazon exact later.
- eBay: "eBay Fees" = Total selling costs from the Listings Sales Report minus ad fees (so ads aren't double-counted). Refunds come from the Transaction report. Account-level fees (shop subscription) should be added on the OpEx page.
- TikTok: same verified engine as the TikTok-only dashboard - revenue = Order Amount (the line's share, buyer shipping included) − its refund; referral % (per SKU, from Cost Manager or the master sheet) on the SKU Subtotal After Discount only. Ad spend comes from each day's Ad Sheet, dated by its file name.
- Date filter (Settings) applies to TikTok only - Amazon/eBay reports are pre-aggregated. Export all channels for the same month for clean comparisons.
- ACOS = ad spend ÷ ad-attributed sales. TACOS = ad spend ÷ total revenue.
- VAT: revenue is treated as VAT-inclusive (UK). Net profit is shown ex-VAT; tick which costs carry reclaimable input VAT in Settings.
